These are the real-life equivalents of the vehicles mentioned. Their in-game names have not been revealed yet.

The following vehicle-related features have been confirmed or leaked for Grand Theft Auto VI:

• The game will likely include both 3rd person and 1st person modes.
• GTA 6 will have functional car mirrors.
• Car interiors will be highly detailed with dynamic animations, including:
  • Interactive gas, brake, and clutch pedals
  • Adjustable steering wheel position
  • Movable rearview mirror
  • Adjustable armrest position
  • Customizable seat position and reclining
  • Functional sunvisors
  • And more.
• When inside a car, a prompt will appear indicating, “Tap d-pad left to access the vehicle controls menu, or hold d-pad left to bring up the quick options.”

The Grand Theft Auto series has continually expanded its roster of vehicles with each new release, and GTA 6 promises to be the most ambitious yet. We can anticipate at least 300 vehicles at launch, which would be the highest count in the series to date.

For comparison, here are the vehicle counts from previous games in the series:

• GTA III: 56 vehicles
• GTA Vice City: 102 vehicles
• GTA San Andreas: 189 vehicles
• GTA IV & Episodes: 177 vehicles
• GTA V (At Launch): 251 vehicles
• GTA V + GTA Online: Over 700 vehicles

GTA V initially launched with over 250 vehicles, but with the addition of nearly 500 DLC vehicles over the years, the total number of vehicles in GTA V and GTA Online now exceeds 700.

In GTA V, vehicles were categorized into multiple classes such as Supercars, Sports Cars, Sedans, Coupes, Muscle Cars, and more. The game also featured a variety of other vehicle types including SUVs, Vans, Off-Road, and Military Vehicles. It’s expected that GTA 6 will maintain this Class System and offer a similar, if not greater, variety of vehicles at launch.

Notably, many of the vehicles added to GTA Online through DLC updates included unique and extravagant options such as Flying Bikes, Weaponized Vehicles, Armored Vehicles, large Command Centers, and Open-Wheel (Formula 1) cars. It remains to be seen whether Rockstar will continue this trend in GTA 6 or opt for a more grounded approach.
