GTA 6 Leaks Return: Are They Legit or Just Another Hoax?
GTA 6 leaks have been making waves online lately, though most have proven to be either false or riddled with inaccuracies. Now, fresh leaks have surfaced on Twitter and Reddit, reportedly originating from TikTok. This raises the familiar question: are these leaks legitimate, or just another hoax?

TikTok Sparks Buzz with Alleged GTA 6 Leak
The TikTok account @Gtaleaks2 recently shared a 30-second video claiming to showcase gameplay from GTA 6. In the clip, a purple Lamborghini is parked in an alley, and the footage shows a first-person perspective of the character entering the car.
The video has ignited debates among fans. While some believe it could be a genuine leak, many others remain doubtful about its authenticity.
Notably, Liam, a respected leaker known for accurate GTA-related insights, quickly dismissed the footage as fake. He stated, “This is clearly fake. It’s made in Unreal Engine, the camera movements are off, and the inclusion of a Mercedes van doesn’t align with GTA’s lore. Case closed.”
Fans Remain Skeptical
A Twitter user added their perspective on why the footage seems fake: “Look at the poor quality. It shouldn’t be this bad. Like the real 2022 leaks, this would have been screen recorded, meaning the resolution should be 1920×1080. This so-called GTA 6 leak was likely compressed on purpose.”
Are Any of These Leaks Genuine?
I tend to agree with those dismissing this leak as fake. Apart from the significant leak in 2022, most “leaks” since then have been little more than rehashed or AI-enhanced versions of older material.
Fans have been craving new content ever since the first trailer dropped in December 2023. Speculation is growing that Rockstar may release another trailer in November or December 2024.
